Problem Resolution, Interpreters and Other Services

If you experience an issue at any time during your hospital stay, discuss it with your nurse or speak to the Nurse Manager/designee, who is responsible for what happens on the nursing unit. On evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, speak to the Nursing Supervisor.

You may also call the Patient Advocate, who is available to assist our patients during regular business hours. The Patient Advocate will act on your behalf as an advocate. If you have any concerns regarding your care or questions pertaining to your stay, the Patient Advocate will meet with you privately — and in confidence — and work with the appropriate hospital personnel to resolve any problem. Contact the Patient Advocate at 956-523-2004. You may leave a message at this number 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned as soon as possible, or on the next regular business day.
