From cancer diagnosis to treatment, everyone involved in your care is working towards a common goal: to support you and your family through a difficult time and to help you recover. The team at Doctors Hospital provides several services to help patients during and after the treatment process.

Patient Navigation

We offer free, confidential and personalized support to patients who are currently receiving all or part of their cancer treatment at Doctors Hospital or the Regional Cancer Treatment Center.

Contact the Cancer Center Director at 956-523-2658 to schedule an appointment with a personal Nurse Navigator.

Rehabilitation

A team of physical, occupational and speech specialists help patients overcome challenges at Doctors Hospital's Outpatient Rehabilitation Center located at North Laredo Diagnostic and Therapy Center.

Spiritual and Financial Counseling

Spiritual care is available to all patients and their loved ones through Doctors Hospital Chaplaincy Program.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 8 pm; Saturday and Sunday, Noon to 9 pm

Support Groups and Other Resources 

We offer cancer support through a variety of classes such as the Doctors Hospital Cancer Support Network and Look Good Feel Better®a national public service program that helps cancer patients feel more comfortable with changes in their appearance.
